Memorial Day of Pontic Greeks Genocide Victims – 19/05/2024

Dear friends!

On May 19 at 11:00 AM, a solemn memorial ceremony for laying flowers will take place at Greek Square, dedicated to the Day of Remembrance for the Victims of the Genocide of Pontic Greeks.

We invite all those who care to share in this pain and pay tribute to the fallen. If you wish, you may bring flowers.

After the laying of flowers, at 1:00 PM, a memorial service (in Greek) will be held at the Putilov Church for the innocent victims of the genocide.

The event will be attended by the board of the Greek society of St. Petersburg, the Consul of Cyprus, and representatives of the General Consulate of Greece.
